Charles Lodge House Residential HomeMeet The Team Gloria Draper - ManagerI have been working at Charles Lodge since 1992. Firstly as a carer then as a senior and then I did my RMA level 4 in 2003 and took over as the manager at that time. I have worked in the care industry for 35years. The home has been under Nicholas James since 2004. Care Team -My team consists of a Head of Care called Sarah Kilby who has worked here for 9 years and my work team is led by 6 Team Leaders with many years experience between them. Some of them have been in the caring industry for 30 plus years! All Team Leaders are trained to NVQ Levels 2 and 3 along with a great many other certificates for training courses. Kitchen Team-I have 2 cooks, the main one being Andrew Stevens who has a Level 2 NVQ in Catering and Sarah Kilby who has a City and Guilds in Catering covers other days and holidays. Both have their Level 2 certificates in Food Hygiene. Leisure and Lifestyle Team-We have2 Leisure and Lifestyle Co-ordinators called Caroline and Charlotte. They cover a variety of activities including arts and crafts, games, both floor and board, reminiscence, quizzes, singing and exercising.
