Charles Lodge care home in East Sussex is a specially designed and built care home, situated in a secluded yet easily accessible part of Hove. We are near to shops, all local amenities and the seafront is only a sea breeze away. This is perfect for residents and their families as it provides the perfect setting to enjoy the coast. We believe in person-centred care and pride ourselves on offering the best care to all of our residents.
Our qualified, experienced and dedicated Health Care Team are led by the homes established and experienced Registered Manager. We make sure that we recruit our staff based on their passion for care. All of our health care assistants are dedicated to caring for our residents and see their role in healthcare as a vocation rather than just a job.
We have high expectations which are facilitated by the outstanding training we provide which covers a broad spectrum of subjects and specialisms in Health and Social Care. Promoting a holistic approach to the daily health and social needs of our residents, we make sure that we provide everything we can to make this a home that they love. That includes the range of facilities and activities that we provide our residents with, in our East Sussex care home.
All of our care homes have WiFi as well as tablets and computers so that our residents can contact family members whenever they need to do so. We also provide a number of different communal areas for our residents, so whether they want to socialise or spend some quiet time, there is a space for them. We also offer a range of different style rooms to make sure your family member is comfortable in their new home.
We provide Residential and Dementia care which can be accommodated on either short term or a long term care basis. All of our homes provide personal care for our residents which includes residential and convalescent care. We strive to provide high quality, person centred care tailored to our service users needs in a homely resident led community. Driven by our leisure and lifestyle services where promotion of independence, dignity and individuality is a priority. It is our aim to provide a happy, secure and home from home environment with warm and friendly staff, where making new and happy memories are a priority.
