As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in resident well-being while leading and motivating a dedicated care team.
Role requirements
- Deliver exceptional resident care: In accordance with current best practices, ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and well-being according to care plans, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations, under the management of the Manager.
- Assist with daily living activities: Including meals, personal care, medication, cleaning, assisting to get dressed including bathing and social interaction.
- Communicating and collaborating: Liaise with residents, families, and stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining accurate resident records.
- Safety first: Ensure the safety and security of residents and staff.
- A team player who thrives in collaboration and manages multiple priorities.
- Must be an organised individual with a strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills with critical thinking and sound decision-making skills.

Qualifications
- Qualified and experienced Carer with a minimum of 2+ years in a care setting.
- NVQ in Health & Social Care is desired, comprehensive training and support is provided.
