Nicholas James Care Homes Becomes a Finalist at Great British Care Awards National Final 2019

We attended the finals of the Great British Care Awards in Brighton on March the 8th in Birmingham.

The whole evening was a celebration of this year’s GBCA awards season where in total Nicholas James Care Homes had received 8 regional finalist nominations, won 2 regional awards and had 2 National Finalists.

National Finalist Brian Brooke who was a finalist in the Unpaid Carer category enjoyed the evening supported by the rest the Team from Dale Lodge and Mount where Brian’s mum is a resident. Kerry Johnson the manager nominated Brian for his comment and dedication not only to his mum but to everyone within the homes. He is a true legend and a vital part of the home.

Our Marketing manager Abigail Draper was also a finalist in the Innovator Award.

As a group we are proud of them both for again helping us have National GBCA Finalists 3 years in a row.

As with every year we attend the finals of the Great British Care Awards it is a great way to celebrate those individuals who are finalists and the social care sector.
