Walmer Care Centre Achieves Platinum Gold Standards Framework Status for the Third Time
We are incredibly proud to celebrate a fantastic achievement for Walmer Care Centre, which has once again been awarded Platinum status under the Gold Standards Framework (GSF) and successfully reaccredited for the third time. Members of our team had the honour of attending the GSF Conference to collect the award and celebrate a milestone that reflects years of commitment, compassion and consistently high standards of care.
Achieving Platinum status is a wonderful accomplishment in itself, but being reaccredited for the third time makes this recognition particularly special for everyone at Walmer Care Centre. Behind the award are the everyday moments that matter most: taking the time to listen, understanding what is important to each resident, supporting families, respecting individual wishes and ensuring people are cared for with dignity and compassion. It is this person-centred approach that our team brings to Walmer every single day.
This recognition belongs to the entire Walmer Care Centre team. Every colleague has played a part in creating an environment where residents feel valued, respected and supported as individuals.Their dedication, kindness and commitment to continually improving the care they provide have helped Walmer maintain these high standards and achieve Platinum accreditation once again.
For residents and their families, these standards translate into something much more meaningful than an award. They mean having confidence that the people supporting them will listen, understand their wishes and be there with compassion when they need them most. We couldn’t be prouder of the Walmer Care Centre team for achieving GSF Platinum status for the third time.
Congratulations to everyone involved, and thank you for the care, compassion and dedication you bring to our residents and families every day.
